Can I form a company remotely?
Yes. We form companies in the USA, England and Hong Kong remotely — no travel needed. Whether a bank requires an in-person visit depends on the institution; we'll suggest options without travel.
What documents do I need?
To start: a passport, your residential address, the company name and a description of the business. Depending on the country we may ask for proof of address and other documents.
Can I form a US LLC without an SSN?
Yes. You don't need an SSN to form an LLC or get an EIN. Non-residents get an EIN without one.
Which country should I choose?

What are the yearly obligations?
USA — a state annual report (varies by state), a registered agent and IRS filings. England — Confirmation Statement, annual accounts and a tax return (more). Hong Kong — Annual Return, audit and a tax return (more).
Will you help me open a bank account?
Yes, we help with documents and the application — from $250, for England from £250. The bank makes the decision, so nobody can guarantee approval.
Do I have to pay tax in my home country?
That depends on your tax residence and how you take money out of the company. We recommend speaking to a tax adviser in your country.
Does my company need a website?
Banks, payment providers and marketplaces often check it. If you don't have one, we'll build it turnkey from $100.
