1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is LEX RESO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 16682470, registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We operate under the Business UIQ brand.

2. What data we collect

When you contact us (website form, email, Telegram):

• name;
• email address;
• phone number or Telegram username;
• the content of your message and our correspondence.

When you order services, in addition:

• passport or other identity document details and copies;
• residential and postal address;
• company details: name, owners, directors, shareholdings, business activity;
• data needed to obtain an EIN or ITIN, open accounts or file reports (for example, tax numbers, company financial data);
• payment data: amount, date and method of payment, payer's account details. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we do not receive them in full.

When you visit the website:

• technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source;
• cookie data, if you have consented. See the Cookie policy for details.

If you give us data about other people (for example, co-owners of a company), please make sure they are aware and have seen this policy.

3. Why we use data and legal bases

We do not sell your data and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

If you do not provide data needed to perform the contract or meet legal requirements, we will not be able to provide the service.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only to the extent needed to deliver the services or comply with the law:

• government authorities and registries: US state registries, the IRS, Companies House, HMRC, the Hong Kong Companies Registry, trademark offices;
• registered agents and registered address providers;
• banks and payment systems you apply to with our help;
• partners and subcontractors involved in fulfilling the order (accountants, lawyers, auditors), subject to confidentiality;
• our offices that help serve clients: Smart Digital Studio LLC (Ukraine) and Launq LLC (USA);
• technical service providers: hosting, content delivery and website protection, web analytics, contact form processing, email and messaging services, payment providers;
• authorities, courts and law enforcement where required by law.

5. International transfers

Our services relate to the USA, Hong Kong and other countries, and some of our providers and offices are outside the UK. Your data may therefore be transferred to the USA, Ukraine, Hong Kong, the EU and other countries.

We transfer data:

• to countries covered by UK adequacy regulations;
• with appropriate safeguards — the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses;
• without such safeguards only where necessary to perform our contract with you or at your request (for example, filing documents with a US state registry or a bank in Hong Kong).

6. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that did not lead to an order — up to 2 years from the last contact.
• Client data, order documents and KYC/AML records — for the duration of the contract and 6 years after it ends (as required by UK record-keeping and anti-money laundering rules and the limitation period).
• Accounting and tax records — at least 6 years from the end of the financial year.
• Analytics data — up to 14 months.

After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

7. How we protect data

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to data to staff and partners who need it for their work and require them to keep it confidential. Client documents are stored in secure services.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• be informed about the processing of your data and obtain a copy of it;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• have data erased where there is no lawful reason to keep it;
• restrict processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller (data portability);
• withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, write to info@busuiq.com. We will respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first, so please contact us before you do.

9. Children

Our services are not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page, and the date of the latest version is shown at the top. We will inform clients of significant changes by email.
